About this Site/Process
The purpose of this website is to help you quickly and easily provide your financial information to our office so that we can resolve the outstanding judgment against you and (if applicable) the related bank levy.
This process will consist of three steps. These steps are outlined below:
STEP 1 - Receivership Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
In the first step, we will ask you to review an FAQ that answers many questions about the turnover receivership process. Reviewing this document will help you understand what is going on, and what you can do about the situation.
STEP 2 – Providing Information About Your Financial Situation
In the second step, we will ask you to provide the receiver’s office with information related to your financial situation. The receiver is authorized to demand this information from the judgment defendant. It is helpful to have your financial documents in front of you when completing the form.
Providing this information will allow the receiver to conduct his due diligence in determining whether a payment plan may be entered into under the terms of the order. A negotiated and agreed payment plan, overseen by the receiver, will prevent future levies, but it may also allow us to work with your bank to lessen the impact of the current levy. You must fully complete the form, and attest under penalty of perjury that the information you are submitting is true and correct, before proceeding.
STEP 3 – Wait for Your Call
Our office is committed to quickly contacting you once your information has been submitted. Once you complete Step 2, your case will be placed into a call queue for a paralegal, case manager, or attorney to contact you. Our office strives to make all initial calls within 1-2 business days of submission. Please remember that our office also has to process any communications from your financial institution regarding any accounts on hold. Please ensure that you have provided an up-to-date phone number in Step 2, and make sure that you are able to accept calls and voicemails. If you require a Spanish-speaking call, please email receiverships@noacklawfirm.com with your request after completing Step 2.
The conversation will cover your financial situation, and outline options depending on the situation. We can typically process bank account releases within 1-2 days after a signed agreement is received; however, your financial institution may take longer.
Si necesita una llamada en español, envíe un correo electrónico a receiverships@noacklawfirm.com con su solicitud después de completar el Paso 2.
